Gary Yerkins, organiser of the event, called Solid Harmony from Chicago, to invite them to be part of a recording and documentary called "Musicians For Peace''.

Solid Harmony arranged to join forces with The Poplar Partnership, led by Rachel Thomas and Paul Watson, for them to take part.

The combined choirs spent a fun evening at NewVIc, singing John Lennon's "Give Peace A Chance" and it was filmed by Nick Pinn.
